Fraoch is a single storey property nestled on the eastern shores of Lough Derg near Garrykennedy. Guests have access to the adjacent private harbour with seating area. It is a haven of peace and tranquility. The idyllic location makes for a wonderful romantic hide away. Ideal as a base for fishing, touring and exploring the countryside.
The house is partially stone fronted, double glazed and has oil heating. The spacious garden has a lake view and is meticulously maintained. Finished and furnished to 4 star standards, it is beautifully appointed, and full of charm.

Living room / Dining room – spacious, floor to ceiling brick fireplace, wooden ceiling. Bright room, beautifully coordinated. All handcrafted pine furniture.
Kitchen – farmhouse style. Wooden ceiling. Electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Well equipped. Fitted with pine units with brick detail.
Utility room with washing machine and dryer, vacuum, iron and hairdryer.
3 Bedrooms – 1 double and 2 twins. Sleeps 6 plus a baby. Carpeted, blankets on beds, free standing pine furniture. Linens and towels provided.
2 Bathrooms – 1 with a bathtub, basin and W.C. and 1 with an enclosed shower, basin and W.C. Floor to ceiling tiling in both rooms.
