we take it seriously and would like to instruct you about the federal data protection law (BDSG) and the information and communication service law (luKDG), that by filling out the contact form, your personal-referred data is saved in machine-readable form and is machine processed.

We exclusively use and save your personal-referred data within the scope of your inquiry and do not pass it on third parties, except to official service companies, such as the post-office or a bank, that would require it for agreement processing purposes. In such case the use of the transmitted data would be restricted. You have the right to access information, do amendments, cancellations and blockings on your saved data at all times.

Booking conditions

Parties to the contract

The contract is between you as a customer, named VP1 and www.Holidayhome-Profi.com, named VP2, as well as with the homeowner in Ireland, named VP3.

VP2 acts as the mediator; objections to the accommodation should be directed firsthand to VP3.

If this is not helpful, then VP2 should be contacted immediately.

VP2 should do everything to meet the needs, or else provide an accommodation alternative, if so wished.

Please note that in such case you should provide proof of issues.

n case of additional charges, these can only be accepted by VP2 under the mediation conditions.

Cancellation cost

Up to 60 days prior to starting the trip, 35% of the rental price;
From 59 to 31 days, 60% of the rental price;
beyond that, 100% of the rental price.
For bookings done 6 months prior to starting the trip:
30 days after booking, 20% of the rental price.

Extra charges

Normally, electricity and gas charges are to be paid after consumption.

Flight bookings or rented cars

No cancellation possible.

Objections should be directed to the airline or the rental car office.

VP2 is not responsible for delays, cancellations or others.

Payment

If not otherwise agreed, 50% down payment should be done immediately, final payment 60 days prior to the beginning of the rent.
